When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items:
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 5 working days. That gives us time to pack your albums with love (and bubble wrap), and make sure everything’s perfect before it heads your way.
Preorders:
Preorders usually arrive with us around 2 weeks after the official release date—but sometimes delays happen.
If there’s ever a holdup, we’ll email preorder customers directly to keep you in the loop—no being left in the dark here!
Reminder: If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, everything will ship together once it’s all ready to go.
Don’t want to wait? Please place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items. Otherwise, your whole order will ship once everything is ready to go!
Will I get a POB with my preorder?
It depends! Everything that’s included with your purchase will always be listed clearly in the product description, so please read it carefully before checking out!
If we’ve ordered an album with a POB or first press item included, it will go to the buyer—no gatekeeping here. Promise.
That said, not all of HaloMoon preorder items are first press versions. Sometimes we’re waiting on general stock from the supplier, which may not come with extras.
If you’re unsure or need clarification, please message us first. We’re more than happy to double-check for you!
Can I cancel / change my order?
If your order hasn’t moved to processing yet, then yes, there’s still time to make changes or cancel! Just send us a message as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Preorders:
These can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely already ordered the item especially for you, and we can’t guarantee a cancellation.
Do you buy Albums / photocards?
Yep! We’re always open to buying from customers who are downsizing or dropping their collections!
That said, since we’re a shop that resells these items, we can only accept things that are in very good condition (no scratched photocards, cracked jewel cases, or mystery stains, please 😅).
Just being honest: you may get a higher price selling directly to another fan... But if you’re after a quick, no-drama sale and want your items to find a new home, we’re happy to chat!

Where do you purchase your stock?
Most of our albums and merch come straight from Korea and Japan — depending on the item, of course! We work hard to only source authentic and official goodies for you.
We've recently started to purchase good quality secondhand items from awesome customers like you! These preloved collections will be sold in our upcoming dedicated ‘Preloved’ section at a discounted price and always clearly labeled, so you know what you’re getting!
How do you assign POB / member versions?
POBs and member versions are usually sent out at random—because honestly, sometimes we don’t get to choose what stock lands in our hands, and the pulls aren’t always perfectly balanced.
However, when we can, we’ll ask for your preferences in the preorder listing!
We can’t guarantee you’ll get your ultimate bias (if only!), but we’ll do our best to keep things fair and make sure everyone has a shot at their faves.
What does 'random version' mean?
Random version means that out of all the options available for that album, photocard, or merch item, you’ll receive… well, a random one!
Think of it as a little surprise from the k-pop universe—could be your bias, could be a version of the album you dont already have! Either way its a nice surprise to open.
Do you have a physical store?
Short answer: nope, not yet!
Longer answer: soon... hopefully! We know there’s nothing like browsing and seeing your bias merch up close and personal. and we have big plans to open a physical store in the not-too-distant future. We just need to get a few more ducks in a row first (and maybe learn to herd ducks, too).
