Changed your mind?

No worries — it happens! you can return your item within 28 days of receiving it. Just drop us a message first to arrange your return & once approved, you'll have 7 days to send the item back to us.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging and suitable for resale
  • Returns must be approved by us first before sending anything back

Please note:
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using tracked postage and keeping proof of return, just in case!

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we’ll process your refund minus the original shipping cost.

 

Exchanges


If you’d like to exchange an item, just get in touch with us within 28 days of receiving your order and we’ll help sort it out. Once approved, you’ll have 7 days to send back the item.

To Be Eligible for an Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them
  • They should be in the original packaging and suitable for resale
  • Exchanges must be arranged with us first before sending anything back

Shipping info: 

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us
  • You’ll also be responsible for the postage fee for us to send your new item out

 

Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind or need to make an update? No worries — just reach out to us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to help!

If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we’ll try to cancel or amend it and issue a refund.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it. But once it arrives, you’re welcome to arrange a return at your own cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for cancelled or unwanted orders.

Orders We Cancel

In rare cases, we might have to cancel an order on our end (for example, stock issues or payment concerns). If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund and we’ll let you know what’s going on. 

Preorders

If you’ve placed a preorder, please be aware that cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, we may have already secured your item from a supplier — in which case cancellation may not be possible. It depends on the item and where we are in the ordering process, but we’ll always be transparent and do what we can to help.

 

 

Returns

If you need to return something due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item version, or if something arrives damaged or defective we'll provide a prepaid return label so you won’t need to pay for the return shipping. Simply contact us to let us know the issue and someone from the team will get back to you ASAP. 

We carefully inspect all returned items listed as damaged or faulty. If we find that the item is not faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any other open orders
  • Restrict future purchases
  • And in serious cases, seek compensation for any losses or misuse of our return process

We take our return policy seriously to keep things fair for everyone — thank you for understanding!

 

Refunded payments: 

We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receiving your returned item(s). Once processed, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account — this depends on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
